This is a real quirky happening...a client tells me that, in a Word
template which they have been using for about three years, there has
always been a problem with lines of text "ghosting" over each other.
To put it another way, some lines appear to be duplicating each other
and slightly superimposed.
My workaround suggestion was to scroll down and then back up to
refresh the screen. Or, to maximize and then minimize the window. This
appeared to cure the symptoms.
Does anyone know what the real technical reason is, please? I had
thought of bad Word screen drivers. But the machine is new with
Windows 2000 and Word 2002 has been re-installed.
....and is it a Word problem in the first place?
