Ghost/phantom messages in Outbox

I run Offfice 2003 onWindows XP and have a ghost/phantom message that outlook
keeps trying to send. I used Outlook Spy several months ago to fix this same
thing and when I tried to use it again it says that I have to register
Outlook Spy because it has been over 30 days since I first downloaded it. Is
their any way to get rid of these ghost messages without paying $49.00 for
Outlook Spy? Thanks.

Check the other thread about ghost-phantom for a low tech-free solution.
Delete PST file.
