Ghost Reminder pops up

I had some problems with Office Outlook 2003. Fixed it up with the Inbox
Repair Tool - SCANPST.EXE. Now I have a "ghost reminder" popping up everytime
that I open Outlook. Search for it in the calendar, but cannot find. Also
cannot dismiss the reminder - pops up a message that the action could not be
completed. How can I get rid of this Reminder? Thanks in advance for anyones
