Ghost Task Update

Hi all,

in our company we receive ocassionally Task Update which has NO DETAILS (no
date/no hours).

Users see the same info in his Transaction Comments and Task History (in
task properties), in contrast the hours are OK in My Tasks view and user say
they didn't do anything extraordinary.

Is anyone else expeciercing the same issue?
Any comments are strongly appreciated.
