Ghosted "reply" "reply to all" and New buttons on Outlook 2003

My "reply", "reply to all" and "new" buttons on the toolbar are ghosted
out. When i try to use the commands via the "Actions" sub menu, they are
ghosted
out there too. My "View toolbars" button is also ghosted. There seems
to be no way to send mail or adjust the toolbar. The keyboard commands for
the actions don't work either. Everything that I look up to try and fix
the problem, the command key is ghosted out there also.

I don't know what to do now? I can receive messages fine. I can't reply,
forward, or create a new one.

Address book looks intact. Please help. Susan

Sounds like you might have not set up your accts/outgoing mail server
correctly. Ask your ISP for the proper server settings. The Action sub menu
is only available for an open message you want to reply to. It's greyed out
