I just upgraded to PPT 2008, and GIF animations from an earlier version do not play. I notice a couple other questions regarding this from last winter. I've already tried the Insert>Movie idea, and mine also stutter and jerk after the initial play (when set to continuous loop). A couple replies indicated that this is a 'known condition,' but it has clearly not yet been fixed. Has anyone come up with a work-around yet?

Hi

I', hoping the next Office 2008 update fixes this.
