Give us the Office Shortcut bar back!

Hmm.. the "Office Shortcut Bar" was removed in Office 2000, over five years
ago.

It wasn't used by many in Office 97, either, as it was known to be a
resource hog.

Since the time of Office 97 on Windows 98, many more newer features have
been added to the Windows 2000/XP interfaces that replicate, duplicate, or
simply provide better options than the Office Shortcut Bar ever did == most
notably the Quick Launch toolbar.

Don't hold out any expectations of the Office Shortcut bar being
reinstituted.

The Office Shortcut Bar was available from Office 95 through Office XP, not
2000 only. It was removed only in this latest version of Office for
compatibility reasons.
