GIVE US THE OPTION TO DOWNLOAD THE SHORTCUT BAR IN OFFICE 2003

This saves valuable space on the desktop. At least it gives the User the
OPTION whether or not to utilize the utility.

If we could download as an added feature it would be great!!!!

Bring back the shortcut bar! One of the BEST FEATURES EVER!!!!
