Hello,

I work in an advertising agency and I've been asked if we can use entourage to have global access to our contacts, calendar etc. In other words we'd like it if everyone working in the agency could access, view and edit/update the 'global' calendar, contacts etc within entourage.

I've read that this is possible if you use a Microsoft Exchange Server. Can anyone tell me how I set one of these up (if this is the best way to do the above)?

The other problem is that one of my colleges is using outlook on a PC and we'd like them to be able to access the same stuff. Will this be possible?

Hello,
Hi,

Create your account as an Exchange server and enter the address of the
LDAP server in the settings.
Alternatively, you could create a new Directory account and simply enter
the LDAP settings there but the full Exchange account has a lot of
advantages you won't find with POP (that you appear to be using) or even
IMAP.
The other problem is that one of my colleges is using outlook on a PC
and we'd like them to be able to access the same stuff. Will this be

Yep, through Outlook, setup an exchange account as well and you should
be able to play with that (no need to enter the LDAP server there as
Outlook uses a different approach to query the Global Address List).
