Global Address Book causes RPC Cancel Box

I have installed Office XP and Windows XP Pro. My users of these new
installations are getting the "Outlook is retrieving data from..." dialogue
box when they open the Global address book. We are running Exchange 5.5 in
a Windows 2000 server environment. No problems with my clients w/ Windows
2000 and Office 2000.
