I am logged into an account in Outlook 2003 that is the
owner of a global distribution list. However, when I try
to modify the members it says I have insufficient
rights. Before I upgraded to Office 2003 I had the same
problem in Office XP. However, I was told to change a
security setting under More Settings... on the account.
It was on the Security tab and they had me change the
option in the Logon network security: and that made it
work. Doing that with Outlook 2003 doesn't change a
thing. How can I make it so I can modify the members of
the global distribution list that the account is the
owner of?
