Frequently during the day, our Exchange server global address list sub
lists disappear. Meaning, all names in the global stop being grouped by
agencies and instead are grouped all under the main list.
Example:
Correct way:
Global Address list
Agency 1
someone's name1
someone's name2
someone's name3
Agency 2
someone's name4
someone's name5
someone's name6
Frequently changes to this at random times during the day to the below:
Global Address List
someone's name1
someone's name2
someone's name3
someone's name4
someone's name5
someone's name6
The only way to get the Global to show agency names and sort correctly
is to close and then reopen Outlook. This weird problem happens on
nearly all our workstations having Outlook 2003 installed but does not
happen on any other version of Outlook.
Anyone have any ideas on what could be causing this ?
Thanks.
