I have one user who, when she opens the global address list in Outlook 2007,
it's missing the name column. It has all the other ones: Title, Business
Phone, Location, etc., but I can't find an option to add the Name column back
in there. I've a tried a general repair from Office 2007 setup, and the
Microsoft Office Diagnostics tool, neither of which fixed. Is there' a
registry setting that can be updated, as I'd rather try rebuilding the
profile as a last resort?
