Global Address List shows but not my personal contacts

Barbara

I am using Outlook XP on Win 2K. When I open a new
message and click on To:, I can see and select from the
Global Address List. However, when I click on Contacts,
none of my numerous contacts appear. They are in the
folder when I am in Outlook and click on the Contacts
folder. While in the To: box of a new message, I can
start typing a few letters of the desired recipient's name
and Outlook does take over and completes the address. How
can I see the contents of the Contacts folder when I click
on the To: button of the New Message? This just happened
about a month ago. Thank you for any resolution you may
have.

Make sure your Contacts Folder is enabled as an email address book in its
properties and that the Outlook Address Book is displaying the correct
Contacts Folder here:
Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing directories or address
books > Outlook Address Book > Change. >
