Global Address List Support--Entourage 2004

I'm an Exchange 2003 administrator in a Windows 2000 environment. We
support Entourage 2004 clients on 10.3.9. I've installed Office 2004's
Service Pack 2 along with the update 11.2.1 in hopes that my Mac users
could use the Global Address List instead of using check names to check
against the Active Directory via LDAP. I'm still unable to see the
Global Address List. Any suggestions?

Unfortunately, Entourage doesn't support the GAL. It only queries the
LDAP server.
