Global.asp and sub webs

I need to set up a secure place to put an Access database
with sensitive information. If I put it in a sub
web,will it cause any problems with the databases in my
root web? If so how can I get around the problem?

If you use the FP connection method, the database can only be access in the
web it was created in. So a subweb would be fine. Note: Sessions do not
cross subwebs.

For the most security, the database needs to be stored outside of the web
root, however some host will not allow that option.
