Global checked-out

Hello, i've beeen suffering a strange error

When i connect by Project Pro to Project Server with the
administrator(project Server) user, i get no errors to connect but, When i
try to open the Global Enterprise template i get the message:
"Project Server could not process your request
This project has already been checked-out"
But when i look in the PWA, Enterprise Features, there's no projects to
checkin.
I get the same error in all machines that i try.
Can anyone help me Please.....
