Global Disabling of the Reading Pane Outlook 2003

Hello,

I have been looking everywhere, trying to figure out how to disable the
reading pane in Outlook 2003. Nothing has worked.

The TC1D1 for previous versions was 5514. What is the Control Bar ID for
2003? No one seems to have the answer.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\DisabledCmdBarItemsList
Valuename: TC1D1
Valuetype: String
Value: 5514

And yes, I know all about the pros and cons of this. I am disabling the
reading pane because I am an implementer of policy, not a decider. I know it
is a dumb idea.
