Global IME and User Rights

Dear Folk,

I've Office XP Std. installed on Win2K. I want to setup
Chinese language support. Done all necessary locale
setting, download and installed "Office XP Tool: Global
IME (Simplified Chinese)" and able to type chinese fonts
in Word using Administrator login.

When I login as restricted user, it doesn't work at all.
Any pleace, like register, may required changes????
