Global IME (Japanese)

I need to type Japanese on Office2003 English version.

I downloaded a Global IME for "OfficeXp" and tried to install it.
But I could not do that because I upgraded Office Xp to 2003.

If somebody know where Global IME for office2003 is available, or how can I
use Global IME for officeXp on "office2003", let me know it.
