Global numeric change

I have a gigantic spreadsheet and need to convert all of
the numbers in several worksheets (with several columns in
each worksheet).
I want to take each original number and divide it by 1000.
Basically showing all figures in 1,000's or K dollars.

Enter 1000 in an unused cell. Then copy this cell, select the range of
interest, activate Edit|Paste Special, Choose Divide.
