Global Published Fields

I understand that every project manager should manunally add the published
fields in their MPP Profile, is there a way/method to add it globally so that
PM's dont need to the step mentioned above.

If you are using additional Published fields, your project managers should
add them to each of their individual enterprise projects. To speed this up
in the future, you should add the same Published fields to each of your
enterprise project templates. Do not add them to the Enterprise Global
file, however, as this will not solve your problem. Hope this helps.
