I need to assign a shortcut to a macro in Excel and it ideally has to
be accessible globaly, not only when Excel is the current active
window. Can somebody point me to a possible solution for this?
I could even try to do something in C# if that's the case. I actualy
would like to know if it is possible to have a Windows-level shortcut
listener that would trigger the macro from whatever application is
active under the Windows system.
This is because i am using Excel to process data from other softwares
and sometimes it can get really dodgy because users don't pay
attention to which Application is actually the active one at the
moment they try to trigger a macro from the assigned keyboard
shortcut.
Did i make myself clear?
many thanks - any help is v. much appreciated!
