I have recently installed Word 2000 into a newly formatted
computer and am using many files that were built in Word
97. It seems that there are some formatting problems
occurring here and I often get an Illegal Error
message "msvcrt.dll" when closing down. It does not save
my file correctly when this error occurs. There also seems
to be a problem with the file wanting to make changes to
the normal.dot global template? I do not want this
template to change as it contains several macros that I do
not want to lose!
Any suggestions as to how to overcome these problems?
