global template lost it's all data

Hello

Somehow the global template file lost its all data. And unfortunately my
local backup file is too old. Is it possible to restore global template
file from db backup? When starting the Project, it loads the
"global2005123134325" file from the server. So there's got to be a way to get
that file?

If I restore whole datebase server to it's previous state. At least that
should work?

One option is to restore the database and use edit site and back-up the
enterprise global and restore it to your production.
