Global Template / Stationery

I am new to OneNote. I have created a Notebook and have started using it and
populated it with lots of info in folders sections pages etc. I have now
decided I want to change the look throughout the notebook i.e apply a
template to the whole notebook. Can this be done and if so how do I go about
doing this.

There's no way to do that without modifying each page.

No promises, but keep your eye on my blog (below). There could be a
powertoy to do this.
