Globally add subcontact folders to address book

I am assisting a customer who is using Outlook 2000 on a
Windows 2000 system. The customer has many sub contact
folders listed under contacts. Customer claims there is a
way to globally add all the sub contact folders to the
address book. I can add then individually by setting the
properties on each folder, going to the Outlook Address
Book tab and checking the "Show this folder as an e-mail
Address Book" box. Is there a global way to add all the
sub contacts folders to the address book or is this
customer being delusional?

The customer is dreaming. You'll have to mark each folder individually.
