Globally disabling preview pane in OWA 2003

Chris Kyriacou

We have a problem with many of our employees running OWA on their home pcs
trying to access our email. With various spyware products, virus protection
products, etc. the only sure way of getting an uninterrupted OWA session is
to disable the preview pane in OWA and always allow pop-ups on the url for
our exchange server. Getting them to do one thing is hard enough, but two,
forget it. I was hoping I could find a way to globally disable or turn off
the preview pane in OWA by default. This would make everything so much
easier. We have exchange server 2003 on a windows 2003 server running and
most employees are using XP SP2 machines or windows 2000 pro. Thank you for
your time.
