Globally setting or resetting autoarchive settings on Outlook 2002 folders

I believe that there is a method for globally setting (or
resetting) the archive settings on all folders within
Outlook 2000 without manually configuring each individual
folder (which could number into the hundreds for some
users).

However, I can't seem to find much in the way of anything
that documents how to do this. I've found some articles
that hint at a VBA method for accomplishing this.

I am looking for something quick, simple, and reliable.
Can anyone help me out?
