globals objects

On the VBA screen, click on View and then on Object
Browser. The first Object librarey is called Globals. I
have apparently deleted this lib. Could someone tell me
what the file name is that contains these objects?

Access does not have a library called "Globals", so it is reasonable to
assume that this is a module that you deleted.

If you have an older copy of the database, you should be able to import the
module. From the Database window: File | Get External | Import.
