GoalSeek Method failure

I can run a GoalSeek from the user interface in Excel 97, but when I try to
run it programmatically, I get a "GoalSeek Method of Range class failed"
error. I have the function running inside of the Worksheet Change procedure.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
