Going From Outlook 2007 back to 2003

Well, I've tried Office 2007 for almost a year and I hate it. The ribbon
looks fine but It's sooooooo time consuming finding the functionality I want
that I'd far rather go back to Office 2003; I knew where to find everything
there. There are other reasons I'd rather go back to 2003, for example, MS
deciding in their infinite wisdom that I should no longer be able to use
animated gifs in e-mail. I'm well aware of their reasoning but I'd really
like it to be my choice rather than theirs. My only concern over doing this
is can Outlook 2003 handle the pst file I will export from 2007? If it can
then happy days. If not, anyone know of any workarounds.

I'm currently researching this via Google but thought I'd ask here.
