going to hyperlinks in Outlook 20078 e-mail messages

About 5 months go, Outlook stopped letting me go to hyperlinks included in
received e-mail messages. This had never happened before. It always says that
this operations is cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer.
See your system administrator (that would be me). What can I do to corfrect
this???I have ntried anything I could think of, all with no success. Thanks
in advance.

You need to reset IE to be the default browser- see
