Just keep running into little bothersome things with the
change:
My Open, LookIn, FileName list disappears and reappears
seemingly at will. Ugh!!! How can I make them stick?
Where is my status bar text that is always so helpful
when I'm in the Properties dialog boxes (yes, it is
checked in Tools, Options, Startup).
Trying to find the best/easiest/least disruptive way to
keep DB windows HIDDEN for multiuser environment with
userlevel security. (Application.SetOption method seems
to be the front runner so far.)
Some people can still use Ctrl+; to put today's date in a
field and some cannot.
When I convert DBs I get messages that there were module
errors but they still work. ??? (I only have a few very
basic modules.)
I'm sure there are more but can't bring them to mind
right now.
Is there some place with perhaps a list of all the kinks
so I don't have to continue to discover them
accidentally?
(My company was NT OS, Win97 and is upgrading to XP OS,
Win02.)
I really love these newsgroups and continue to learn
much. Thanks in advance for any advice or reply that
anyone out there is in the mood to share.
