Good books on OneNote

Can anyone recommend a good book on OneNote 2003? I've done the usual perusal
of amazon, but was wondering if anyone had some personal recommendations.

helpful. It covers all the features of the current version. (Disclaimer: I
co-wrote the thing. One of the best activates to date.)
