Good examples or books on writing Office Add-ins w.VS.Net 2003?

I have an OL2003 custom VBA form that I need to convert
to an add-in using VS .Net 2003. I'm new to writing add-
ins, and the books I've found discuss add-ins for VS.Net,
not for other applications.

Can anyone suggest a site, book ,etc. on how to make an
OL2003 add-in?
