Good Macfixit article PC Migration to Mac: Converting Outlook to MacOS X Mail

This article is quite good and I thought I'd post it to the forum. The
one thing they don't mention is that if you use IMAP, which I use for
my two e-mail systems, mail syncs to all clients. So my mail in
Outlook 2003 under Parallels is exactly the same as my mail in
Entourage and Apple's mail. Anytime I fire up Outlook it just updates
the IMAP folders and I actually find it runs faster in Outlook than in
Mail or Entourage. I'll input this back to Macfixit.

You can find many other options there:
http://entourage.mvps.org/cross_platform/win_mac.html

Personally, I've never used Outlook2Mac. I imported in Thunderbird in
Windows, then took the mailboxes on the Mac, renamed them and imported
them in Entourage.
Free, not too hard and did a fairly good job for the few users we
migrated here.
