Good mail going to junk mail folder

I recently replaced my computer and now I get many good e-mails in my junk
mail folder. I am on a SBS 2003 network and have the SCL rating showing in my
junk mail folder and often mail with a rating of 0 gets in there. Once I
white list the address, the rest are fine, but this is quite a chore.

I am guessing I have some Outlook setting out of whack. Any suggestions?
