urgent

I'm new with OWC, but kind of familiar with OLAP/MDX and I have used excel's
pivot table to connect to OLAP. Now i'm trying to learn OWC. Can anybody give
me some good websites to start?

and also, i have office XP installed but can't see owc11.dll, do i need to
insert the xp office cd to reinstall the component? or can i just downlown
the owc11.dll and copy to a folder, if so, which folder?

thanks in advance.

unfortunately, no one website is now available to learn the owc that I know
of. You may download the office web component toolpack from the office
website. it is a collection of free snippets to help program the components.
If you require a book, the black book is available on amazon and lulu.com.

Hi,

OWC 11 come with Office 2003, you have Office XP and therefore, OWC 10. But
you can start learning OWC with whatever you have.
I don't know about a web site, but there is an old book I like the best, you
can still find it on Amazon.com, "Programming Ofiice 2000 Web Components" by
Dave Stearns. I would recommend that one, even if it works with OWC 9. And,
of course, there are many articles about OWC (9, 10, 11 with good examples)
on Microsoft.com.
