Good VBA books

Thanks for that Jonathan... I do use the help files and
the MVP site but thought some reference books would be
good to read as I don't have enough access time to the
internet to read online.
I have found a couple of reference books which hopefully
will fulfill my needs.
Thanks for your time in replying :)

Lee - I rely heavily on the Word 2000 Developer's Handbook. It has a full
breakdown of the Word object model. Sometimes you don't know what to ask
for, and the book doesn't make it all that easy to find, but it's still a
rather complete reference.

I also use an add-in for Google-searching the newsgroups, the MS Knowledge
Base, and other web sites. This allows a few keywords to be entered and a
very complete search performed. It's saved me lots of time. Go to

VB and VBA in a Nutshell is mistitled.
It is really a VB book.

For serious VBA work, one must also get the Ken Getz VBA Handbook stuff, the
MSFT Press "programmer's guide" (there are editions for Office 97, 2000 and
2002), and a good VB 6 book such as Gary Cornell's VB 6 from the Ground Up.

The online stuff is, IMHO, useful only AFTER one gets up to speed.
