Google Ranking

I edit my site with Front Page2000 and the pages are Hebrew local - though
the text is entirely in English. My goal is to get better ranking in the
English Search Engine Google (in hebrew its not imported).
So far Its always higher in the Hebrew Google than in the English.
Would it be better modifying the properties of all pages to English?

Hello Kalish.

If your pages are writed in english you must set a meta tag with thus info.
Google can read it and give to your site a best rankig on the search engine.
