No, it doesn't differentiate. If your site isn't listed perhaps it's because
you haven't had enough hits to make a blip on the Google radar.

Google doesn't differentiate code generators. It looks at title, meta
description, and page text for relevant content.

Of course since Pub is not an html editor and since it's typical user is not
at all web design literate they typically miss putting in a title and a
description. And they typically design a web page that produces an image
instead of text, and if there's no page text there is no content to index.
