Got error message - Cannot open lotus 123 file!

My problem is rather strange. Both computer has *exactly* same versions of
Excel installed. One of them can open *exactly* the same .wks file while the
other cannot. The error message is quit simple:

Cannot open lotus 123 file.

Does anyone else have had such problems?

The only time I've run into this message is accessing a Lotus file
across our network. I have to map a drive to the host drive to
retrieve & open the Lotus file successfully.
