Got Office 2003, not SP Update

I had Office 2000 Premium installed. I've been having minor problems and was
told to check this site to see if there were any service packs or updates for
my computer. After scanning my computer it reported there were several
updates available. So I downloaded the first set up updates. What ended up
being installed was MS Office 2003 Standard. When clicking the icon it asks
for the Product Key, but does not acknowledge the Product Key from my Office
2000. So now everything I attempt to open tries to open with Office 2003, for
which I hav no product key. In addition all settings have been disasociated
from my Office 2000 programs so I cannot access databases, address books,
contact lists, etc.

Check in Add/Remove Programs in the Windows Control Panel.

Do you have any 2003 series products listed? If you had
a new computer, for example, it may have included a trial
edition of MS Office 2003.

Thank you, Bob. I'm going to try this.

Actually my computer did come with an Office 2003 60 day trial; I never
activated it and erased it off my computer.
