GPF when viewing my document in internet explorer

I have a word document (.doc) that i'm opening with Internet Explorer. It is
displayed (as expected), but when the document is unloaded (for example by
navigating to another page) I've a general protection fault with
winword.exe.

This appends only on my document, this one uses checkbox (using microsoft
script editor). This appends only with word 2000, i can't reproduct this
problem with word 2003.

This document is opened correctly by word or by the word viewer. Only IE
makes a gpf at the document's unloading.

How can i solve this problem ? has already someone seen something like this ?

more precisions :

after testing some config, it seems to come from windows 2000 pro

with :

- Win2K pro + office2000 ==> GPF
- win2K server + office2000 ==> all is good


any ideas ?
