GPO settings question

There is a setting in the various Office 2007 programs for "Offline editing
options for document management server files". It appears that the default
location reflects the user's My Documents. Is there a way to change this
setting through Group Policy? Also, can this setting be disabled through
Group Policy (e.g., once this option is set, we want to prevent the user from
changing this).
