grabbing full path and file name

Is there a method of setting up a button on a form and
browsing available drives to get the full path and file
name.

The function would be similar to opening windows explorer,
selecting the folder and highlighting the file name.

I would like to capture all of the above information and
place it in a field in a table.

Any help would be appreciated.
