grabbing numbers

I'm trying to make up an automated chart.

I have a column with a value in it, lets say 265.67. Is there a way I can
make 1 cell have the value of the 260.00 part (all digits after the 1's) and
another cell take the value of the 5.67 part (all digits before the 10's).
