how to change grade (A,B,C) to 4,3,2 score

You could use the Edit > Replace feature three times to find A and replace
with 4, and find B and replace with 3, etc.............or you could use a
helper column and put in a formula like

=IF(A1="A",4,IF(A1="B",3,IF(A1="C",2,""))) and copy it down the helper
column.
