Gradebook formula

Processor: Intel

I would like to know how to right a formula that included:
10 cells reserved for tests;
9 cells reserved for quizzes;
40 cells devoted to homework;
25 cells devoted to classwork;
Test count 50%
Quizzes count 25%
Classwork count 15%
Homework count 10%
All adds up to 100%
